Archio is seeking an Architect (Part 3) to join its team in London.
Archio are an architecture practice focussed on housing and community-led projects, often working directly with end users and community groups. Our ethos is to deliver positive social impact through our processes as well as our built work.
We recently won the Housing and Critic’s Choice AJ Award and were nominated for the AYA Best Public and Social Housing Architects.
The candidate must demonstrate experience of:
3D drawing software, including Sketchup and Revit
An understanding of and commitment for sustainable design
Excellent technical and construction detailing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills organisation and ability to use initiative
Housing design and delivery, and knowledge of the London Plan Housing Design Standards

Salary: £34,500 - £40,500, depending on experience. Archio is a London Living Wage employer.
